1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Power Scooter Motorcycle Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide motorcycle and scooter repair, maintenance, recovery, and parts sales services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.

• Service quotes are estimates and may vary based on actual work required
• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns are identified
• Additional work required will be communicated and approved before proceeding

3. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments must be confirmed by us before they are considered valid
• We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may incur a £20 administration fee
• Vehicles must be collected within 7 days of service completion

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon collection of vehicle or completion of service
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments
• For online shop purchases, payment is required before collection
• We reserve the right to retain vehicles until payment is received

5. Warranty

All work carried out is guaranteed for 90 days or 1,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of service, covering parts and labor for the specific work performed. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Work performed by other parties after our service

6. Liability

While we take every care with vehicles entrusted to us, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend comprehensive insurance coverage for your vehicle.

7. Recovery Service

Our 24/7 recovery service operates on a best-efforts basis. Response times may vary depending on location, weather, and traffic conditions. Recovery fees are payable at the time of service.
