Click & Collect Service

Our online shop offers convenient click & collect for all parts and accessories. Here's how it works:

Order Online

Browse our shop and add items to your cart. Complete payment securely online.

We'll Notify You

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours).

Collect at Workshop

Visit us during opening hours with your order confirmation.

Collection Hours

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Collection Period

Items must be collected within 14 days of the ready-for-collection notification

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  • Unused items in original packaging within 14 days
  • Faulty or damaged items within 30 days
  • Incorrect items supplied (we'll exchange immediately)
  • Proof of purchase required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened oil, fluids, or chemicals
  • Electrical items that have been fitted
  • Worn or used parts
  • Special order items (unless faulty)

Refund Process

  • Bring the item(s) to our workshop with proof of purchase
  • We'll inspect the item(s) to confirm eligibility
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 working days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item or if an item develops a fault within the warranty period:

  • Contact us immediately on 07752 322199
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
  • Manufacturing defects covered under manufacturer warranty
